In the "Editing Suite" you can add images to your questions by pasting them to the clipboard of the program. The left side of the screen is your image preview window and the right side represents your final image that will be saved. You can use your arrow to crop the image on the left to bring over specifically what you want on the test. You also can use the "Edit Picture" button to bring an existing image into your default Image Editor.
